LOLOlympics; Part 1

We haven’t even reached the Olympic’s opening ceremony before the 30th games has given us our first ‘LOL’

Kim Jong Il must have been spinning in his grave when the flag of ‘arch nemesis’ South Korea was displayed next to players names ahead of the North Korean women’s teams football match against Colombia on the opening day of the games.

Fortunately, the players and coaching staff acted in a suitable disgusted manner at Hampden Park and walked off the field.

What a wonderful start to London 2012.

Still, at least it gives me the chance to resurrect two of my favourite ‘crises’ of national identity; oddly enough both Kazhakstan. Clearly they have issues…
