Time To Kill – My Assassination Adventures

I love Assassinating things, I am well adept at killing things with swords, knives and crossbows – just ask the local geese – and I adored the Assassin’s Creed games.

The gameplay was fine, but I couldn’t get behind Connor and his ‘quest’ so the game felt quite flat. In essence the game was a twenty hour tutorial mission, with a disappointing ending.

When Black Flag was released I was still very excited. I mean how could I not be excited about pirate assassins? Turns out that a sudden onset of familial drama and depression does not make sandbox gaming much fun. For a while my gaming was limited to smaller experiences or overly jolly titles. I blitzed through Thomas Was Alone but Black Flag remained untouched for many months. By the time Unity had its troubled launch I was ready to buy it, but no where near ready to play it. I also picked up Rogue and the Liberation game on the Vita. None were played.
